Privacy policy

This policy explains how VlogMe Trends processes account, studio, presenter and publishing data.

Data we process

We process your VlogMe account identifier and profile, workspace settings, uploaded presenter media, explicit face and voice consent records, monitoring topics, source metadata, generated scripts and videos, connected-channel identifiers, billing entitlement and audit events.

Why and where

We use this data to provide the service, secure workspaces, generate requested media, publish to channels, prevent abuse, operate subscriptions and comply with law. Operational records are stored in Cloudflare D1; private media in R2; account and subscription projection data in VlogMe Supabase.

AI and service providers

Only task-relevant data is sent to configured providers such as Google Gemini, Hedra, ElevenLabs, fal, Ayrshare and the social platforms you select. Hedra creates presenter footage, fal services create and assemble media, and ElevenLabs supplies narration. Provider keys and social credentials remain server-side. Provider handling is also governed by each provider’s current terms and the configuration selected for this service.

Analytics and advertising

The site can load Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel to measure visits, sign-ups and purchases for VlogMe's shared advertising accounts. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey and Quebec, for a Canadian visitor whose province cannot be determined, or when your country cannot be determined, none of them load until you press OK on the cookie notice. Elsewhere they load by default without a notice. A browser Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a decline, and a choice you make below always takes precedence. Ad-click identifiers and campaign parameters from your landing page are stored in your browser and, with a checkout, sent to VlogMe together with your analytics choice (or, outside those regions and without a choice, the default); VlogMe records it on your VlogMe profile and reports a completed purchase to Google, Meta and its product analytics only while your analytics consent is on. A decline is never sent as consent. When you are signed in, your choice (or the default) is also recorded on your VlogMe profile, and a decline recorded on your VlogMe account, for example on another device or VlogMe product, applies here too. You can turn analytics off or back on here at any time; turning it off stops these tools for the rest of the visit and on future visits in this browser and, when you are signed in, on your VlogMe account.

Retention and controls

Signed media links expire quickly. Studio can remove a presenter and portrait, disconnect locally stored channel credentials, export operational product data or schedule deletion of VlogMe Trends data. Security, payment and legally required records may be retained for their applicable periods.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw optional consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
