Delete your account or Dub data

You can request deletion from the web without installing the app.

Delete all Dub content

Open Account in VlogMe Dub and choose “Delete all Dub content”. If you are using a guest session, open it on the device where you created your projects. You do not need to register to delete guest data. If you linked your projects to a VlogMe account, sign in to that account to delete its Dub data across devices.

The request blocks new activity while we remove your Dub projects, uploaded media and results. Processing, payment or storage operations already in progress may need to settle first. Account settings show whether cleanup is pending or complete. Your VlogMe account, sign-in methods, Dub subscriptions and balance are kept. Content in other VlogMe products is unchanged. You can create new projects when cleanup finishes.

Delete your VlogMe account in all services

This is a separate action that removes the shared account and associated data in VlogMe Create, Dub, Trends and Pulse. The confirmation screen lists the affected services and verifies your identity. Choose content clearing above if you want to keep using your account.

Review VlogMe account deletion

If you cannot access your account, contact privacy@vlogme.lingo. Tell us which service and action your request concerns. We may ask you to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or payment card details.

Purchases and retained records

Clearing Dub content does not cancel an App Store, Google Play or web subscription. Manage renewal through the service where you subscribed. The separate full-account deletion screen explains how your subscriptions are handled. You do not need to wait for the paid period to end to request deletion.

We retain the minimum transaction, entitlement, refund, usage and security records needed for accounting, purchase restoration, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Restoring a verified purchase does not restore deleted videos. Without the original guest session, a purchase receipt alone does not prove ownership of old projects.
