Terms of Service
These terms govern use of VlogMe Dub. BEINTOUCH PTE. LTD. provides the web service, and FROSTPIXEL, UNIPESSOAL LDA provides the mobile applications. They are partners providing connected VlogMe services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Guest access and your VlogMe account
You can use Dub and purchase processing without registering. While you retain access to your guest session, you may link its projects and purchases to a verified VlogMe account. Losing an unlinked session may remove access to its projects. Restoring a purchase does not restore old project access. Linking does not create new credits or promotional eligibility. Your account is shared across VlogMe services; Dub content and balances remain specific to Dub.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the requested service. You must have all rights necessary to upload, transcribe, translate, alter, and export the content.
Voice consent
Dubbing requires every affected voice owner to have knowingly authorized the intended use of their voice. A separate consent attestation is recorded for each project. Without that attestation, the project cannot start. You may not impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, or violate publicity, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
AI-generated output
Dubbed speech, translations, and timing are generated with automated systems and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication and for providing any disclosure required by law or platform policy.
Plans, packages, and payments
Creator includes 10 input minutes per billing cycle, Pro includes 60, and each non-expiring Minutes Pack includes 60 input minutes. Monthly input minutes renew each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased Minutes Packs do not expire unless required by law. We charge the duration of an incoming source file once for each project, source, and target language identity; retrieving and downloading that same completed dubbing result do not consume additional input minutes. A different source or target language uses minutes again. Store purchases are also subject to Apple or Google terms. Taxes, refunds, cancellation, and renewal disclosures are shown at checkout.
An eligible introductory offer applies only to the first month of the existing Pro monthly subscription. The introductory price and subsequent regular renewal price are displayed before purchase. Creator and separate packs do not receive this offer. Eligibility is verified through the payment provider; creating or linking another VlogMe account does not guarantee another offer. The first month is paid, not a free trial or a refundable card-verification charge.
Optional lip sync
Lip sync uses a separate prepaid balance and does not use translation minutes. VSync v2 costs $5 per minute and VSync v2 Pro costs $8 per minute. The quote covers the full translated video, including scenes without a face, up to five minutes. Duration rounds up to one second and the total rounds up to one cent. Review the exact quote before confirming.
The quoted amount is reserved at launch. It is charged when a result is saved or when the provider confirms billing for an unsuccessful operation. A failure before submission or confirmed without provider billing releases the reserve; an unknown charge remains reserved pending reconciliation. Your original translation remains available. Lip-sync top-ups do not expire. A store refund reverses its purchased credits; credits already spent can leave a balance deficit. Each new generation requires explicit confirmation.
Clearing content and deleting an account
Clearing all Dub content removes Dub projects, files and results while retaining subscriptions, balances and other VlogMe services. Deleting the shared VlogMe account is a separate action that asks you to confirm the affected services. Content clearing does not cancel a subscription; manage renewal through the provider where you purchased it. Active work and payment reconciliation may need to finish before deletion completes. Availability and liability
We may limit processing to protect users, rights holders, or service economics. Beta features may change. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
