Account data. Email address, name, profile picture (if provided), and the authentication provider you used.
Content you upload. Photos, scripts, and audio you submit to generate videos.
Generated content. Videos created from your inputs, stored under your account.
Usage data. Pages visited, features used, device and browser metadata, IP address. Used to operate and improve the service.
Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for authentication and a minimal set for usage analytics if you accept them.
2. How we use it
- To provide, maintain, and improve vlogme.ai;
- To process your uploads and deliver generated videos;
- To send transactional emails (sign-in, account, billing);
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your photos or scripts to train our models.
3. Sharing
We share data only with:
- Service providers that help us run the platform (cloud hosting, database, AI inference, email delivery), bound by data-processing agreements;
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property;
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Storage & security
Your data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Uploaded content sits in private storage scoped to your user ID; only you and our service operators can access it. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.
5. Retention
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual projects at any time from "My videos", and you can request account deletion by emailing support@vlogme.ai. After deletion, copies may persist in backups for up to 30 days.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at support@vlogme.ai.
7. Children
vlogme.ai is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards where required.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app.
