Pricing questions

Credits meter AI generation and rendering. A standard talking-avatar video is roughly 1 credit per finished second, while Studio models have their own displayed rates. Monthly subscription credits reset each period without rollover. One-time top-up credits do not expire.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel in one click from your billing page. Cancellations stop the next renewal; you keep access (and any remaining credits) until the current period ends.

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Annual plans can also be invoiced for teams — email support@vlogme.ai.

If you haven't used any credits within 7 days of purchase, we'll refund in full — just email support. Unused monthly subscription credits expire at the end of their period. One-time top-up credits do not expire.

Free gives you workspace access. Generation uses credits from a subscription or a one-time purchase, with the estimate shown before you start. Any eligible trial is offered separately with its renewal date and price before you confirm.

Yes, on every paid plan. You retain full ownership and commercial rights for client work, ads, and monetised social channels.
