Terms of Service

vlogme.ai (the "Service") lets you generate talking avatar videos from a photo, text, or audio. We provide the tools; you provide the inputs and remain responsible for them.

You must be at least 16 years old to use vlogme.ai. You're responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. Notify us at support@vlogme.ai immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the photos, scripts, and audio you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant vlogme.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and transform Your Content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.

You must have the rights to every piece of content you upload. You may not upload portraits of people without their explicit permission, content of minors, or content that infringes any third party's rights.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Impersonate any person without their consent or create misleading deepfakes;
• Generate harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal content;
• Generate political disinformation or content designed to deceive voters;
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

Outputs are generated by machine learning models and may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or contain artifacts. You're responsible for reviewing every video before sharing it and for clearly disclosing AI involvement where the law requires it.

The Service may include free and paid plans. Pricing and features are described in-app and may change with notice. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, vlogme.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vlogme.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
