These Terms of Service govern your use of VlogMe, the web service at vlogme.ai, including Director, Video Studio, Image Studio, Audio Studio, Aisma, DUB, News Videos, Lab and the API and MCP. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who provides VlogMe
VlogMe is operated by BEINTOUCH PTE. LTD. ("we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore under UEN 202144978W, with its registered address at 10 Anson Road #20-05, International Plaza, Singapore 079903. You can reach us at support@vlogme.ai, and legal notices go to legal@vlogme.ai.
2. The service
VlogMe helps you plan, generate, edit and assemble AI videos from ideas, text, images, video and audio. Director plans a whole video in a chat; Video Studio, Image Studio and Audio Studio make single clips, avatars, images, voice and music; Aisma changes video you already have; DUB translates a finished video; News Videos turns news you follow into a video. Everything runs on one VlogMe account and one credit balance, and every result is saved to Lab.
We provide the tools; you provide the inputs, decide what to generate and are responsible for how you use the results. Features, models and prices can change as providers and the service evolve.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use VlogMe. Keep your sign-in methods secure and do not share your account. Tell us at support@vlogme.ai if you suspect someone else has used it.
4. Your content and your results
You keep your rights in the photos, video, scripts, audio and other material you upload ("your content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process and transform your content only to provide and secure VlogMe, including sending it to the providers that run the model or tool you choose and reviewing reports of misuse.
As between you and us, the results you generate are yours, and your plan does not limit how you use them, including commercially. Your rights in a result depend on your rights in what you put in, and AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in every country. We do not use your private uploads, prompts or results to train AI models.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use VlogMe to:
- impersonate a person, or create misleading deepfakes of real people;
- commit fraud, phishing or scams, or create fake endorsements or reviews;
- create sexual content involving a real person without their consent, or any sexual content involving minors;
- harass, threaten or promote hatred or violence against people;
- create political disinformation, or content designed to deceive voters or to pass as authentic evidence of events that did not happen;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, or break the law;
- bypass safety, rate, payment or access controls, or reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt or overload the service.
Using another person's face or voice also requires their permission, as set out in the next section.
We or our providers may refuse or stop a generation that breaks these Terms, the law or a provider's rules; its eligible credits are returned as described in section 9.
6. Likeness and voice consent
Before you use a face, voice, name, logo or channel in VlogMe, you must own it or have permission from every person and rights holder concerned. This applies to portraits for avatars, source videos for Aisma, voice samples for voice cloning, videos you dub and presenters in News Videos.
- Voice owners: a voice may be cloned or dubbed only if its owner has authorized that use, including the languages, the context where the result will appear and how long it may be used.
- Confirmation: where VlogMe asks you to confirm these rights before a job starts, the job does not run without that confirmation, and we keep a record of it with the job or project.
- Public figures and minors: do not impersonate public figures, and do not use the face or voice of anyone under 18.
- Withdrawal: if a person withdraws permission, stop using their likeness or voice and delete the projects and cloned voices that use it. Deleting a dub's DUB project, its dubbed video or the video it was made from also deletes the voices cloned for that dub at ElevenLabs (Privacy Policy).
Rights holders can report misuse to abuse@vlogme.ai as described on the Support page. We may pause processing or publishing while we review a report.
7. AI-generated output
AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or contain artifacts. Review every result before you publish it, do not present it as authentic evidence of a real event, and disclose AI involvement where the law or the platform you publish on requires it.
8. Credits, plans and payments
Generation is paid in credits. The exact credit price is shown before each generation, and nothing is charged until you confirm. In Director, AI planning and preview images are free within usage limits; projects made in the earlier Director editor keep their paid AI draft, priced before you confirm it. Past a limit, AI planning becomes available again later, and each further preview image is charged at cost: you see its price and confirm it first. Voice and sound previews are never charged.
- Plans: weekly, monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. At the start of each paid period, after the previous period’s subscription credits expire, your total balance is topped up to the plan’s credit allowance. If the remaining balance already meets or exceeds that allowance, no credits are added or removed. New subscription credits expire at the end of their paid period and do not roll over.
- Packs: credits from one-time packs do not expire.
- Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and renewal terms are shown before you pay.
- Changing plans: moving to a higher plan in the order Starter, Studio, Pro, Business with the same billing period takes effect after payment. You pay the difference in plan prices in proportion to the time remaining and receive the proportional difference in credits, rounded down to a whole credit. Existing subscription credits stay available and the renewal date does not change. Any previously scheduled plan change remains in place. Downgrades and all changes of billing period take effect at the end of the current paid period, with no immediate charge.
- Cancelling: you can change or cancel a plan in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access and your remaining credits until the current period ends.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
9. Refunds
If a generation fails, the eligible credits return to your balance automatically. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable unless the law requires a refund. When a payment is refunded in full or charged back, the credits it granted are removed, and credits already spent from a refunded pack are deducted from your balance. When part of a payment is refunded, we may adjust the credits it granted accordingly. Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
10. Aisma
Aisma edits video you already have: you describe the change, can add reference photos, and get a new version with the original framing and audio. You must own the source video or have permission to edit it, and permission from every person who appears in it or whose face you add. Do not use Aisma to change what a real person appears to say or do in a way that could mislead viewers.
11. DUB
DUB translates a finished video into another language in a voice that matches the speaker. Before a dub starts, you confirm that you have the rights to the video and that every voice owner has authorized the use of their voice (section 6). Translations and timing are automated and can contain errors, so review the result before you publish it. Lip sync is a separate step in Video Studio.
12. News Videos
News Videos, the AI news video generator, monitors the news topics you choose and helps you turn a story into a presenter video. Monitoring never publishes anything by itself: you decide what is produced and published, and you remain the publisher and editor of it. Check facts against the saved sources before publishing, and take particular care with politics, health, finance, war and emergencies. Use news sources for research and verification; do not reproduce articles or third-party images without permission.
13. API and MCP
API keys and MCP access act on behalf of your account and spend its credits. Keep them secret and revoke a key you no longer use. The same rules apply to work created through the API as to work created in the app. A confirmation or choice made through your key, such as confirming your rights to a file, counts as your own.
14. Deletion, suspension and termination
You can delete your whole account yourself at any time, and your DUB or News Videos data and single files in Lab, as described on Delete your account or data, which also explains how to remove the data of the other services. Deleting your whole account cancels an active subscription immediately, without a prorated refund, and the remaining credits are forfeited. Deleting the data of one service does not cancel a subscription or remove credits.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts people, rights holders or the service at risk, and we may keep records that the law requires or that are needed to handle a dispute.
15. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim express and implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of VlogMe, and our aggregate liability does not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or the law changes. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the product before they take effect. If you continue to use VlogMe after that, the updated Terms apply.
These Terms are written in English. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with VlogMe, are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over such disputes. If you use VlogMe as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and where the law of that country gives you the right, you may also bring a claim in its courts.
