Contact support
Email support@vlogme.ai about anything in VlogMe: Director, the Studios, Aisma, Trends, DUB, Lab, billing or your account. To help us find your account quickly:
- write from the email address of your VlogMe account;
- name the service and, if you have one, include the link to the project or result;
- describe what you expected and what happened.
Never send passwords, sign-in codes or payment card details.
Aisma
Aisma transforms video you already have. Start with a video you own or have the rights to use. Describe the change, add reference photos if needed, and review the credit price in Aisma before generating.

DUB translates and dubs your videos. For help with a dubbing project, an export or credits, email support and include the project link.

Trends
Trends turns today's news into videos. For help with monitors, presenters, channel connections or publishing, email support and include the link to the draft or the name of the monitor.

Report abuse or a rights violation
If something made with VlogMe uses your face, voice, name, brand or work without permission, or breaks the law, email abuse@vlogme.ai with the subject "Abuse report". Include:
- the link to the content or project;
- what it violates and, for a rights claim, what shows that you hold the right;
- how we can reach you.
We may pause processing or publishing while we review a report.
Privacy requests
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email privacy@vlogme.ai from the address of your account with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we act. When you are signed in, you can also delete your DUB or Trends data or your whole account yourself in Account → Delete data; Delete your account or data explains the other services. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Legal notices
