You can delete your DUB or Trends data or your whole VlogMe account yourself, delete single files in Lab, or ask us to do it if you cannot sign in. This page explains what each option removes, what we keep and how long it takes.
Delete in your account
Sign in and open Account → Delete data. Choose one of:
- DUB files and projects: removes your DUB projects and dubbed videos, together with the matching dubbing projects at ElevenLabs. The videos you uploaded stay in Lab; delete them there. Your account, subscription, credits and everything else stay.
- Trends files and projects (after 7 days): removes your Trends monitors, projects and videos and the presenter images generated in Trends. A portrait you uploaded stays in Lab; delete it there. Your account and other services stay.
- The entire VlogMe account: removes the account and the data of every service. At ElevenLabs, it deletes the voices you cloned in Audio Studio and your dubbing projects; at Ayrshare, it disconnects your social accounts and deletes the publishing profile made for you (see the Privacy Policy). You confirm it with a six-digit code sent to your email.
DUB and Trends deletions run one at a time: you can request the second when the first has finished. Deleting the entire account is always available, and it replaces a pending DUB or Trends request.
A dubbed video or Trends result that you used in another project or edit stays in Lab; delete it there. You can also delete single results and uploads in Lab, except while a running job, a post waiting to be published, a voice clone or a template still uses the file.
Without access to your account
Email privacy@vlogme.ai from the email address of your account with the subject "Account deletion request", and say whether you want the whole account or one service deleted. We will confirm that the account is yours before we act. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or card details.
Aisma
Aisma results are saved in Lab, where you can delete them one by one. Deleting a source video or a reference photo in Lab also removes the copies Aisma made from it for its edits. To remove all of your Aisma data at once while keeping your account, email privacy@vlogme.ai with the subject "Aisma data deletion". Deleting your whole account removes it too.
DUB
To delete your DUB data, choose DUB files and projects in Account → Delete data. Deletion starts right away; a dub that is still processing finishes first. Your account, subscription and credits are kept, and you can start new dubs when the cleanup is done. At ElevenLabs, the project behind each dub, with the translated speech and the cloned speaker voices, is deleted as well, even when the dubbed video itself stays in Lab. To remove the project of a single dub at ElevenLabs, delete that dub's DUB project, or its dubbed video or the video it was made from in Lab. Anything ElevenLabs may still hold after that, for example in its backups, falls under its own terms (see the Privacy Policy).
Trends
To delete your Trends data, choose Trends files and projects (after 7 days) in Account → Delete data. Posts that are still waiting to be published are cancelled at once, and the Trends data is deleted after a seven-day safety window. From the moment you ask, Trends is paused: your monitors stop searching the news. The request cannot be cancelled. Your account and other services are kept.
Subscriptions and credits
Deleting the data of one service does not cancel a subscription or remove credits. Deleting your whole account cancels an active subscription immediately, without a prorated refund, and the remaining credits are forfeited. To keep using the credits you have, cancel the plan in your account instead: it then ends with the current period.
What we keep
We keep payment, credit, refund, referral and commission, and security records, and records we must keep by law, for as long as accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations require. They are not used for anything else. Posts you already published on social platforms stay there; delete them on each platform.
How long it takes
Deletion starts as soon as you confirm it, except for Trends, which waits seven days. Work that is still processing finishes first. Copies in backups are removed within 30 days. What we delete at providers, what they keep under their own terms and how we handle data in general are described in the Privacy Policy.
