Delete account & data

Delete inside Aisma

Open Aisma → Settings → Delete account & data, then confirm. This deletes the profile, private source and generated videos, generation history, wallet, and account-linked service data.

If you cannot access the app

Email Frostpixel and include the Aisma Account ID if available. We may request enough information to locate the account and prevent unauthorized deletion.

Verified support requests are normally completed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained only for fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, accounting, or legal requirements.

Subscriptions

Deleting an Aisma account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it separately with the provider that billed you.

• Manage Apple subscriptions
• Manage Google Play subscriptions
• For a web subscription, open the secure customer-portal link in any RevenueCat Billing confirmation, renewal, or billing email.
