Sharp portraits of one person with nothing covering the face; a front view and a three-quarter view work well. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters and photos of different people.
Will the voice change too?
No. Only the picture changes; your original audio stays.
Will every facial detail be identical?
It depends on the source, the motion and the references. Start with a clearly visible face and a simple request, then watch the whole clip for consistency.
