aisma1. The service
Aisma is an AI creative tool operated by Frostpixel, Unipessoal LDA. Web purchases described in section 6 are sold by BEINTOUCH PTE. LTD. You upload a source video, optionally add photo references, provide a creative brief, and request an edited video with its original framing and audio when present. With Templates, you instead choose a ready Aisma video project and supply the photos it asks for. You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these Terms.
2. Your content and account
You keep your rights in submitted content and grant Frostpixel and its providers a limited licence to host, transmit, and process it only to provide and secure Aisma. You must own the content or have permission from every affected adult and must not submit content involving minors or infringing privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.
You may purchase from a private anonymous Aisma profile, but linking Apple, Google, or email is strongly recommended so the account and wallet can be recovered on another device.
3. Responsible use
You may not use Aisma for sexual exploitation, abuse, hate, fraud, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, political manipulation, fabricated evidence, illegal activity, infringement, security circumvention, or interference with the service. We may reject requests or restrict accounts when necessary for safety, law, these Terms, or provider rules.
4. AI output
Output is synthetic and may be unexpected, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review it before use and do not present it as authentic evidence of an event that did not happen. Generation or technical failures recorded by our systems are refunded to the Aisma wallet.
5. Credits
The server shows and reserves a fixed credit price based on the selected duration and quality before generation. Failed generation is refunded according to these Terms. Purchased credits do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between Aisma accounts. Weekly plans add the stated number of credits after every successful renewal. One-time credit packs are charged once.
6. Payments and subscriptions
iOS purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Android purchases are processed by Google through Google Play. Web purchases are sold by BEINTOUCH PTE. LTD and managed by RevenueCat Billing with Stripe as its payment gateway. Available prices and currencies are shown before purchase and may vary by region. Applicable web taxes may be calculated at checkout.
Where offered to eligible new subscribers, Aisma Creator starts with an introductory first week at the reduced price displayed at checkout, then renews at the regular weekly price. The introductory week adds 500 credits once; each successful regular weekly renewal adds the plan's full 3,500 credits. Stores allow one introductory offer per customer account.
Weekly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not remove credits already validly granted. Deleting Aisma does not cancel a subscription; use the relevant Apple, Google Play, or RevenueCat Billing management portal.
7. Refunds and disputes
Apple and Google purchases are subject to the applicable store refund rules. For web purchases, contact support@aisma.ai or use the support link in your RevenueCat Billing email. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, Aisma may remove unused credits granted by that transaction, without taking the wallet below zero. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
8. Availability, deletion, and contact
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent allowed by law, without excluding non-waivable consumer rights. You may delete your account at any time. Support questions can be sent to support@aisma.ai.
