US law (the FTC’s Endorsement Guides) requires it, and our terms do too. Every promotion follows these rules:
Read the full disclosure kit- Say “I earn a commission if you buy through my link” out loud in videos, and show it on screen when you first mention VlogMe.
- Put the same sentence next to your link in descriptions, posts and newsletters, not only at the end or behind “more”.
- Turn on the platform’s paid-partnership label where there is one, and add “#ad” to short-video captions.
- If VlogMe gave you free credits to test it, say so.
- Mark every partner link on a web page rel="sponsored" (or rel="nofollow").
- Describe VlogMe honestly: in Director, everything but video generation is free to start, within usage limits; renders and other generations cost credits, at a price the buyer sees before they start.
- No ads on VlogMe brand terms, and no posting your link or code on coupon or cashback sites.

Questions, answered
What counts as a referral?
Anyone who creates a new VlogMe account through your partner link or with your code, and then pays for a subscription or credits. You earn 20% on every payment they make in the first 12 months after they signed up.
When do I get paid?
Commissions become available 30 days after the payment, which covers refunds. We pay available balances of $10 or more once a month, in USD, by bank transfer or another method we agree on.
How are referrals tracked?
Your partner link and code identify you. Someone who opens your link and signs up on the same browser within 30 days, or who types your code when they sign in, is recorded as your referral with their new account, and stays yours for the full 12 months. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland a link counts only after the visitor accepts our cookie card; a typed code always counts.
What about refunds?
If a referred user is refunded or charges back, the matching commission is reversed. The 30-day clearance period means this rarely touches commissions already paid out; if it does, the amount is netted against future commissions.
What's not allowed?
Self-referrals, bidding on our brand keywords in Google Ads or any other ad platform, spam, fake reviews, misleading claims, and posting your link on coupon or cashback sites. Every promotion must say that you earn a commission, out loud in videos and on screen, and every partner link must be marked rel="sponsored". We suspend affiliate accounts that break these rules. Do I need a big audience?
No. We approve based on relevance, not follower count. A 500-person newsletter in the right niche beats 50k random followers.
