What each task takes
A voiceover takes up to 5,000 characters per run with Eleven v3 or Eleven Multilingual v2, in a library voice or a voice you cloned with its owner's consent. Music runs from 10 seconds to 3 minutes, with or without vocals, and a sound effect from half a second to 22 seconds, described in up to 450 characters. Noise removal, voice changing, transcripts and caption timing work on a recording from Lab of up to 60 minutes and 25 MB; a transcript comes as text, SRT and VTT captions and timed words in JSON.

Yes, from a short clean sample of up to 8 MB of a voice you own or have permission to use. You confirm that right before the clone is made, and you can delete the clone at any time.
How is audio priced?
In credits: speech per started 1,000 characters, music and effects by duration, and noise removal, voice changing and transcripts by the length of the recording. The price appears before each run.
