1. The deal
You promote vlogme.ai using your unique referral link. For every paying customer who signs up through your link, you earn 30% of every payment they make, for the entire lifetime of their account. No caps, no tiers, no expiration.
2. Attribution
When someone clicks your referral link we set a cookie that lasts 60 days. If they sign up within that window, they are permanently attributed to you — even if the cookie later expires. First-touch attribution wins if multiple affiliates referred the same user.
3. Commission lifecycle
- Pending — commission is recorded when a referred customer pays. It enters a 30-day clearance period to cover possible refunds and disputes.
- Available — after 30 days the commission becomes payable.
- Paid — once your available balance hits $50, we automatically send the full amount to your connected Stripe account on the next daily payout run.
- Reversed — if the original payment is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed even if already marked available. If a reversal happens after payout, the negative balance is netted against future commissions.
4. Payouts & taxes
Payouts are sent via Stripe Connect Express. You must complete Stripe's onboarding (identity verification + bank/card details + tax forms — W-9 for US, W-8 for non-US) before any money can leave our account. Stripe handles the tax-form collection and 1099 reporting automatically.
You are responsible for declaring affiliate earnings as income in your own jurisdiction. We do not withhold taxes on your behalf.
5. What's not allowed
- Self-referral. You cannot earn a commission on your own account or on accounts you control. Same-IP and same-device matches are detected and blocked automatically.
- Trademark bidding. Do not buy ads on "vlogme", "vlog me", "vlogme.ai" or close variants in Google, Bing, TikTok or any other ad platform.
- Cookie stuffing, iframe injection, fake reviews, spam. Anything that misrepresents the product or forces a referral without intent.
- Misleading claims. Don't promise things vlogme.ai doesn't do.
- Adult, hate, harassment, or illegal content. Your audience and channels must comply with our acceptable-use policy.
We reserve the right to suspend an affiliate account, reverse commissions, and withhold pending payouts if we detect violations of these rules.
6. Changes & termination
We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. Either party can terminate the partnership at any time. Earned commissions already in "available" state will still be paid out; pending commissions earned before termination follow the normal 30-day clearance.
