These terms govern the VlogMe affiliate program, operated by BEINTOUCH PTE. LTD. You can join if you are at least 18 and we approve your application.

1. The deal

You promote VlogMe with your personal partner link or code. For every customer you refer, you earn 20% of every payment they make in the first 12 months after their account is recorded as your referral. After those 12 months, no new commissions accrue for that customer; commissions already earned are not affected. Commissions have no cap and no tiers.

Bonus. You also earn a one-time $10 bonus for each referred account in the United States whose payments in its first 45 days reach $18 after refunds. A partner can earn at most 10 bonuses per calendar month; bonuses beyond that are not earned.

2. Attribution

A referral counts when a new VlogMe account is created after the person opened your partner link or entered your partner code on the sign-in page. The link is remembered in their browser for up to 30 days. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it is kept only after the visitor accepts our cookie card; a code typed at sign-in always counts. If they open several partner links, the first one counts, and a code typed at sign-in takes precedence over a link. We record the referral with the account when it first signs in, and it stays yours for the whole 12 months. An account created before the person opened your link or entered your code does not count, and a recorded referral does not move to another partner.

3. Commission lifecycle

  • Pending — a commission is recorded when a referred customer pays. It is held for a 30-day clearance period to cover refunds and disputes. A bonus is recorded when the account reaches $18 and clears 30 days after the last payment it counts.
  • Available — after 30 days the commission becomes payable.
  • On review — a commission or bonus that our checks flag (§5) is held until we have reviewed it. We pay it only if the referral is genuine.
  • Paid — we pay your available balance once a month when it is at least $10 (this minimum applies until January 15, 2027; a later change follows §7); a smaller balance carries over to the next month.
  • Reversed — if the original payment is refunded or charged back, the matching commission is reversed, even if it was already available. If this happens after a payout, the amount is deducted from future commissions. A bonus is reversed when refunds bring the account's counted payments below $18 before it is paid.

4. Payouts and taxes

Commissions are paid in US dollars to an account in your name, by bank transfer or another method we agree on with you. Before the first payout, we may ask for the identity, payment and tax details that the law or the payment method requires.

You are responsible for declaring affiliate earnings as income and paying the taxes due in your country. We do not withhold taxes on your behalf.

5. What's not allowed

  • Self-referral. You cannot earn a commission on your own account or on accounts you control. We review referrals and reverse the commissions of self-referrals.
  • Missing disclosure or link attributes. Every promotion must carry the disclosure in §6, and every partner link on a web page must carry rel="sponsored" (or rel="nofollow").
  • Trademark bidding. Do not buy ads on "vlogme", "vlog me", "vlogme.ai" or close variants in Google, Bing, TikTok or any other ad platform.
  • Coupon and cashback sites. Do not post your link or code on coupon, deal or cashback sites.
  • Forced referrals, fake reviews, spam. No cookie stuffing, hidden links or iframe injection, and nothing that misrepresents the product or creates a referral without the person's intent.
  • Misleading claims. Don't promise things VlogMe doesn't do.
  • Adult, hate, harassment, or illegal content. Your audience and channels must follow the acceptable-use rules of our Terms of Service.

Checks. We compare each referred account with your own account and with your other referrals: the email address, the network the account was created from and the payment card, as one-way coded values, never the details themselves. A match, one card paying for several of your referrals, many referrals from one network or a throwaway email address puts the commission or bonus on review.

We may suspend an affiliate account, reverse commissions and withhold pending payouts if we detect violations of these rules.

6. Disclosure kit

US law (the FTC's Endorsement Guides) requires you to tell your audience that you earn money from your link. Do it every time, clearly, where people see it before they click:

  • In a video: say it out loud and show it on screen when you first mention VlogMe: "I earn a commission if you buy through my link." Put it again next to the link in the description.
  • In a post, newsletter or article: put it next to the link, not only at the end or behind "more": "Affiliate link: I earn a commission if you buy through it."
  • Short videos and social posts: turn on the platform's paid-partnership label where there is one, and add "#ad, I earn a commission" to the caption.
  • Free credits: if we gave you credits to test VlogMe, say so: "VlogMe gave me free credits to try it."
  • Links: mark every partner link rel="sponsored" (or rel="nofollow") in your HTML.
  • Honest claims only: describe what you actually saw. VlogMe has no free plan: new accounts start with 0 credits, planning in Director is free within limits, and every render is paid in credits, with the exact price shown before you confirm.

We check active partners every month. A promotion without the disclosure, or with false claims, breaks these terms (§5).

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. Either party can terminate the partnership at any time. Commissions that are already available will still be paid out; pending commissions earned before termination follow the normal 30-day clearance.

These terms are written in English. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.

8. Your data

We use the details of your application and your referral and commission records to run the program, as described in the Privacy Policy. The checks in §5 keep one-way coded values of the email address, network and payment card of referred accounts and of your own account.
